INFORMATION PROVIDED AND HOW WE USE IT

When you use our services, we require you to link your Autodesk account to our system to retrieve Project and Asset information.

The purpose of retrieving Project and Asset information is to facilitate the integration between IOTTAG and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). We use Project information to help users select the Project they want to operate on and Asset information to associate Assets with our devices for tracking purposes.

The information is retrieved through ACC APIs. Project and Asset details are not fully stored on our system. We only store the IDs of Assets linked to our devices and the Project IDs selected by the user. If a user decides to unlink their Autodesk account from our system, all stored user information, including the linked Asset IDs and selected Project IDs, will be deleted.
